1. Where do I send my design details and what if I need your help? (two options below)

I’m a PRO: If you already have your drumstick graphic complete and are ready to place your order, just visit the link above that says Shop and purchase the quantity you want. Then, send an email with your completed art file to Customerservice@Customstix.com for approval. We will consult you first if any changes are needed before printing.. Once we have final approval, we will ship your order in less than 2 weeks via FREE UPS ground shipping. (may take less time, depending on quantity)

I’m NEW: If you need help with a design or don’t know what you want, just send us an email and we will have our in-house graphic artist create something just for you. Once you are happy with the design and details, you will then come back to the Shop page to place your order, selecting the quantity you want.

2. Do you offer more drumstick sizes?

Our sticks come standard in our maple 5B model, which is by far the most common drumstick size in the world. Over 95% of our clients use these.

If you want to order a different size stick, the following sizes are available: 7A, ROCK, 5A, 5B, 2B and 3S (Marching sticks). Just leave a note in the memo section when placing your order as well as in any email communication you have with our customer service dept. The price is the same for all sizes, but the batch cannot contain multiple sizes within the same order.

3. What are the graphic requirements?

Our printing process is a full-color HD process. We can print from a high rez JPEG, PNG, PDF or PSD. The higher rez the better. Click below to see an example of what you should send over and what you can expect us to create.

*Send your file flat (not in layers) with the following dimensions:

12.5” long by 1.93” tall.

4. How is the graphic applied?

This is NOT a sticker. These sticks are not wrapped, coated, or screen printed. The art is heat fused to the sticks using a patented image transfer process. The art becomes one with the wood.

5. How long does it take to get my order, and is shipping really FREE?

YES!!! Shipping is FREE! We ship via UPS ground for all orders in the USA. We do not ship internationally due to the massive expense and paperwork required. If you interested in international shipping and are willing to pay all fees associated, send us an email so we can determine the exact cost and details associated with your request. We want to do all we can to make it happen, but sometimes it is not cost effective for anyone.
